近年OKR、覆盤、敏捷的概念好像漸漸取代KPI，這種單一性的指標，
這是我第一次看到Metrics這種追蹤方式，雖然感覺跟覆盤概念很像。
對於我們公司來說，OKR的訂定並不難，
但是變化實在太多，覆盤起來就相對困難，卻也有趣。
主要的原因是因為公司制度流程不夠穩定，所以沒辦法很制式的規範。
目前也在慢慢調整當中。
